Plans, honest pricing, and a lot of small fixes

  • newPlans replace credits. You buy hours of video a month — Editor ₹600, Creator ₹900, Studio ₹2,000, or ten months' price for a full year. Everyone who already bought credits keeps them, at full value, forever.
  • newBilling history: every charge, refund and free grant, with dates. If a job fails and gets refunded, you can now see the refund instead of taking our word for it.
  • newGST invoices. Add your billing name and GSTIN once and every purchase gets a printable invoice.
  • newTutorials, Help & Support, and Refer & Earn, all inside the app.
  • newPages in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali — with the language already selected when you start.
  • betterThe whole app paints faster. The studio layout now arrives with the page instead of after the JavaScript loads.
  • betterRenders got about half again faster, with no change you can see in the output.
  • fixedClip thumbnails were showing as black rectangles when a video opened on a fade-in. They now pick a real frame from further into the clip.
  • fixedThe Aesthetic caption style showed an almost-invisible preview in the style picker. It now shows the big-number look the style is actually for.
  • fixedA strip of dead space at the bottom of the homepage, and a sideways scroll on phones.
  • fixedPricing on the homepage no longer disagrees with pricing inside the app. Both now read from the same place, so they can't drift apart again.
  • fixedWe said we supported 22 Indian languages. We support 12 plus English, plus Tenglish and Hinglish. The site says that now.

Caption editor rebuild

  • newThe editor plays a clean copy of your video and draws captions live on top, so what you see is exactly what gets burned in.
  • newChange the font, position, size, colour and words-per-line, then re-render for free in seconds.
  • newUpload your own .ttf or .otf brand font.
  • newSRT subtitle export.
  • newEnglish added as a language.
  • fixedTenglish and Hinglish jobs were being sent to the transcriber with an invalid language code and failing outright.
  • fixedThe style picker offered 36 caption styles but only 9 were real — the other 27 silently rendered as the default. You paid for a look you never got. Only the 9 real ones are shown now.

Thumbnails and an honesty pass

  • newAI thumbnails, with an optional photo of your face.
  • newReal privacy and terms pages, written in plain language and accurate to what we actually do with your files.
  • fixedThe billing page claimed “Secured by Razorpay · GST invoice”. Neither was true at the time, so it came down.
  • fixedSigned-out visitors buying credits were silently given fake ones. They now get sent to sign in.
  • fixedUploads over 50 MB go straight to storage instead of through the website, which is what was breaking large files.

First public version

  • newCaptions in 12 Indian languages plus English, with Tenglish and Hinglish code-mix modes.
  • newLong video in, vertical clips out, reframed to whoever is speaking.
  • newNine caption styles and thirteen text animations.
  • newPay by UPI.
